How do I return an item?

Please inspect items upon arrival. If any of the products are not working please e-mail us at economyecigs@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will provide instructions on how to troubleshoot the item. We offer a 14 day warranty on manufacturer defects. You may ship the item back to us at your cost and we will be happy to send you a replacement item if item is a manufacturer defect and not user error. All sales are final on E-juice, external batteries, tanks, pods and coils. But we will do our best to help you with any problems you may encounter.
